Drew Barrymore is ‘Brit Lesbians’ Most Desirable Date’

Drew Barrymore has topped a new poll of ''Naughty Celebrities Most Desired by Brit Lesbians''.

According to the poll, 49 percent of Britain''s lesbians expressed a desire for a romance with the Charlie's Angels star. Following Barrymore is supermodel Kate Moss, who received 26 percent votes in the poll conducted by gay-PARSHIP.com.

Pop star Britney Spears came third with 13 percent while Tracey Emin landed the fourth spot after bagging 6 percent votes. Supermodel Naomi Campbell came fifth with 4 percent and singer Amy Winehouse stood sixth with 2 percent votes.

As far as Gay men are concerned, Film star Jude Law suits the bill for most of them as he topped the poll to be chosen as the ‘Most Desirable Date’ for Brit Gay Men. 36 percent of Britain’s gay single men expressed a desire for a romance with the ‘Cold Mountain’ star.

Following Law is Robert Downey Jr, who bagged 24 percent votes in the poll while supermodel Kate Moss, who received 26 percent votes, follows Drew Barrymore in the poll conducted by gay-PARSHIP.com.

Barack Obama makes Drew Barrymore Cry

Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore has revealed that she burst into tears when US Presidential candidate discussed gay issues.

Barrymore said that she ended up crying after listening to Obama's speech about the difficulties faced by a gay person in the present scenario.

"When I heard him speak about a gay person never having to sit outside the hospital room with their loved one sick inside, I burst into tears because so many people I care about are homosexual and it was profound to have someone be sensitive to that," US magazine quoted Barrymore, as telling Harper's Bazaar.

"That's the kind of world I want to live in, where we're not holding our own principles in judgement above someone or against someone," she added.

Barrymore, who has endorsed Barack in the Harper Bazaar's issue, seems to be pretty affected by the Democrat's speech.

"It's the first time I've really admitted I'm a Democrat," she said.

"McCain is a good person, and he does care, but he has voted against things that are shocking as far as people's liberties and economic choices," she added.

Drew Barrymore, Long are Most Loved Couple

Lovebirds Drew Barrymore and Justin Long have topped the list of Hollywood's Most Loved-Up Celebrity Couple. Barrymore and Long have defeated Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes to the top slot in In Touch magazine's public display of affection list, reports Contactmusic.

Following TomKat are Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz at the third position. The publication editors gave the most 'touching' couple title to Barrymore and Long because, since last summer, they just can't seem to keep their hands, or lips, to themselves.
