Cocoa Pebbles Maker Got Slammed By Hogan

Hulk Hogan has a new nemesis, and this time it's not a fellow professional brawler.

The wrestler and reality star is suing Post, the maker of Cocoa Pebbles, after noticing that the villain in a recent commercial bears a striking resemblance to his own iconic persona. The commercial stars the sugary cereal's animated mascots from "The Flintstones" going up against said competitor, which the lawsuit says goes by the name of "Hulk Boulder." According to a Tampa Tribune report, Hogan contends he used the name "Hulk Boulder" early in his career before wrestling promoter Vince McMahon decided he should have an Irish name. (A visit to Hogan's Wikipedia page revealed one of his early nom de brawls as having been "Terry Boulder", but there's no mention of a "Hulk Boulder".)

In the commercial, called "Cocoa Smashdown," Boulder is depicted with Hogan's trademark yellow-blond hair and handlebar mustache. Boulder is conquered by Pebbles and Bamm-Bamm, and falls to "little pieces" in the ring.

Hogan claims Post cereals is using his likeness without his permission -- and that, in fact, they never even asked his permission. He claims that he brought his concerns to the company's attention in August, but Post continued to run the ads. Hogan has his own line of branded foods (burgers and energy drinks) at Wal-Mart, and claims that an unauthorized likeness in a food commercial could hurt Hogan's own interests.

Hogan's lawyer confirmed a lawsuit had been filed based on "misappropriation of Terry Bollea's (Hulk Hogan) likeness for commercial purposes." The attorney wouldn't reveal the exact dollar amount that his client is hoping to win from his lawsuit, saying only that they are seeking "damages that would represent fair compensation for the use of his likeness in the commercial arena."

While the "Cocoa Smashdown" character does bear a close resemblance to Hogan, some YouTube commenters beg to differ on the name, saying the character's name sounds more like "Bulk Boulder." Decide for yourself:

Kendra Wilkinson in sex tape set for May release

Former Playboy bunny and new mom Kendra Wilkinson Baskett joins Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian and what seems to be dozens of celebrities who have made the unfortunate decision to make sex tape, and then became even more unfortunate when said tape was made public.

Her reps confirmed to OK! Magazine that “Kendra’s attorneys are currently evaluating and pursuing Kendra’s rights with respect to the purported video and any third parties involved in the possible sale, reproduction or distribution of the same.”

Vivid Entertainment, the company responsible for releasing Kim Kardashian’s sex tape, said it has obtained Wilkinson’s tape and planned to release it later this month under the Vivid-Celeb imprint.

“We know that Kendra has millions of fans and we feel that it's rare to find well-produced, hardcore footage of a star of her magnitude,” said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-chairman of Vivid.

Kim Kardashian's bottom is like a portable "pillow" says her kid sister Khloe Kardashian.

The US reality TV star, who is famous for her curvy derriere, lent her rear end to younger sister Khloe Kardashian when she needed a nap mid-way through a launch party recently.

"At one point I got really tired, so I had to take a nap on Kim's booty. It really does make the best pillow," said Khloe, writing on her blog.

Khloe explained she was desperate for some rest because of all the work she'd been doing recently.

"These long days are killing me!!! LOL. (sic)," she said.

Kim’s bottom was recently praised as being "like a water bomb".

The brunette beauty invited Australian talk show host Chrissie Swan to grab her rump in order to prove its authenticity live on television, prompting her to compare it to a soft, water-filled balloon.

"While I've been here, a few people have asked if it's real, so you can grab it if you want," Kim said referring to her behind.

"It's juicy and real! It's like a water bomb," said Swan after taking a generous handfull.

"Maybe a little too juicy," replied Kim.

However, 29-year-old Kim has claimed her backside isn't actually that large.

"My butt is probably not as big as you might think, because I have small legs and a small waist, which makes it appear bigger," she said.

Wedlock didn't change Tiger Woods' hunger for sex

Tiger Woods would have long been exposed as a love rat, if only a People magazine reporter would have written about his philandering ways.

Steve Helling, who has now written a book, titled Tiger on the ace golfer, said that he had a chance to expose Woods as a cheater long before his scandal broke in November 2009 - but chose not to.

"Over the years, I had heard rumours of Tiger's partying - drunken nights at the clubs, dirty dancing with other women, phone numbers slipped to pretty blonds - but I didn''t follow up on the tips," the New York Daily News quoted Helling as saying in the tome.

And Helling concealed all this because he didn''t want to be cut off from the golden golfer.

"Negative coverage of Tiger - or even positive coverage that wasn''t approved and micromanaged - would often result in swift, permanent excommunication from the Tiger Woods camp. It was in everyone's best interest to sweep the rumours under the rug," he wrote.

And now that the cat is out of the bag, Helling is spilling the beans too.

"Marriage hadn't changed Tiger's appetite for sex, and he was always on the prowl for women," he said of Woods.

He claimed that Woods was apparently looking around as soon as he and Elin Nordegren said "I do" in 2004.

According to Helling, a television producer source said: "[Tiger] dated a lot of girls even after he was married to Elin. When he was filming some commercials at Universal Studios, he asked out a few girls, and this was after he was married. If they said no, he'd move on.''

Helling insists that he wasn't the only one who ignored the whispers of Tiger''s infidelities.

He claims that a club owner in Florida who saw Tiger "drinking and dancing with a woman who wasn't his wife" in 2006 called several weeklies with the story.

"No one returned his calls, and the one person he spoke with told him that they weren't interested in the story," said Helling.

And that’s why Tiger stayed in bed with his mistresses - and out of the headlines - during his supposedly squeaky-clean 13 years in the public eye, which got shattered in the past months.

"It took 13 calculated years to meticulously shape his image. It took two weeks to destroy it,” said Helling.

Australian PM 'following' porn on Twitter

Now Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd faces the hazards of online social networking as he becomes the follower of pornographic communities through his official Twitter account.

A bare-breasted woman in handcuffs, an online adult super store and a pornographic blog were among dozens of dodgy accounts followed by the prime minister among his list of supporters, community groups and wife Therese Rein.

An embarrassed spokesman for Rudd admitted an automated program selected Twitter accounts for him to follow.

"While the Kevin PM Team try to monitor the follow backs, with more than 900,000 followers this is a very large task," the spokesman said.

To "follow" someone on Twitter usually requires a user to view and approve a profile.

Other profiles followed by the PM include a gay resort in Phuket, blogs offering sex shows via webcams and an online store selling adult goods, reported heraldsun.co.au.

Rudd is known as an eager Tweeter, using the medium to announce policies and recently the engagement of his son.

About 900,000 accounts follow the PM on Twitter, while he follows about 200,000.

Young Media Australia vice-president Elizabeth Handsley said Rudd's questionable online companions highlighted the dangers of social media.

"There seems to be an attitude with new media like Twitter that anyone can just get on and have a go without a problem," she said.

"We need to understand the platform and know how it works before using it safely - this is an example of that."
