Health: Doing Regular Exercise may reduce your Cholesterol

There are a few people who think less about cholesterol and fats in their blood. But the fact is, in general our knowledge about cholesterol is very less and we are only familiar to the term and hardly know much about it.

Good cholesterol is referred to as HDL (High Density Lipoprotein), and bad cholesterol as LDL (Low Density Lipoprotein). We can easily reduce the cholesterol level in our blood by simply eating food with less fat, avoiding sweet and milk made foods, and most importantly by doing regular exercise. A good cholesterol (HDL) ensures the stoppage of fat deposits in the blood vessels of the heart, whereas bad cholesterol (LDL) gets deposited in the blood vessels of the heart and creates a block, as a result, chances of heart attack increases.

In most of the cases it is seen that the HDL amount is a bit lower in the blood, and this is normal although there is no such exceptional medicines that can increase its amount. But by doing regular exercise we can surely get rid off the bad cholesterol, so to keep the good balance, everyone should do exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

Eat well. Keep yourself safe.
